We take time to get to know every family we work with. Here's exactly how it unfolds — there are no surprises and no pressure.

Enquiry
Tell us a little about yourself, your home and what you're hoping for. Every enquiry is read personally — we'll reply within a few days.

A conversation
If we feel a Summerfield puppy may be a good fit, we'll arrange a phone or video call. This is for both of us — to talk openly about expectations, lifestyle and the breed.

Joining the waiting list
Once we've spoken, we may invite you to join the waiting list for an upcoming litter. There is no fee at this stage and no obligation on either side.

Reservation & deposit
When puppies are 4–5 weeks old, we begin matching them to families based on temperament and circumstance. A non-refundable deposit secures your puppy.

Weekly updates
From birth to collection, you'll receive weekly photos, video and milestones. You're welcome to visit your puppy from 5 weeks of age.

Collection day
Puppies go home from 8 weeks, fully vet-checked, microchipped, vaccinated and lovingly prepared. You'll leave with a comprehensive puppy pack and our lifetime support.
